Adv. Aakanksha Arora is the Founder of Le Shell Legal and brings over 12 years of experience across litigation, non-litigation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and corporate legal management.
She has developed substantial experience in handling the complete trademark lifecycle, including trademark searches, filing, examination report responses, oppositions, assignments, hearings and related enforcement matters.
Her legal experience extends across matters before forums including the Bombay High Court, Trademark Registry, RERA, Consumer and Family Courts.
She holds a B.Sc., LL.B., LL.M. in Environmental Law and PGDIPR from NLSIU, and has been associated with legal education as a Visiting Faculty, teaching areas including Corporate Drafting and Intellectual Property Law.
Adv. Kanishka Sheth is a Partner at Le Shell Legal and is part of the firm’s growing legal practice focused on delivering responsive, practical and commercially conscious legal assistance. She works with the team in advising clients and supporting the firm’s broader practice across its legal and advisory engagements.
Adv. Vanshika Agrawal is a Partner at Le Shell Legal, contributing to the firm’s commitment to providing strategic, practical and client-focused legal solutions. Her role involves working closely with clients and the firm’s legal team to understand legal requirements, develop appropriate strategies and ensure effective execution of matters. She contributes to the firm’s broader legal practice through client advisory, strategy development and execution across its legal and advisory engagements.
